Last Friday, we welcomed hundreds of guests to the Park Modern Information Day — and what a day it was! We’re proud to share that over $20 million in EOIs were secured by the Black Swan team on the day, proving once again that Park Modern is one of Melbourne’s most anticipated and rare residential offerings.
