$20M in Sales Achieved at Park Modern Info Day
Last Friday, we welcomed hundreds of guests to the Park Modern Information Day — and what a day it was! We’re proud to share that over $20 million in EOIs were secured by the Black Swan team on the day, proving once again that Park Modern is one of Melbourne’s most anticipated and rare residential offerings.

On Saturday (12 April), during the Display Open Day Event, the event was a great success, with strong interest and energy throughout the day. We’re now counting down to the official global launch on 17 May. With strong interest already from local and international buyers, now is the time to get in early – before prices potentially increase post-launch.
